Lauren Harris has been appointed to the role of Director of Operations and Rob Ness to the role of Director of Client Management and Business Intelligence.

Lauren Harris joins Sportscorp and Charrisma senior management team having built her skill set from operating her own family TMC. For the past year, she has been with Sportscorp and Charrisma as Manager, Leisure Sales and Marketing.
In her role, she will be responsible for employee wellness and engagement, training, supplier relations internal technologies and marketing.
Rob Ness joins Sportscorp and Charrisma senior management team with over 17 years’ experience in the industry – with 5 years at Sportscorp Travel in the capacity of National Account Manager and strategic business advisor.
As Director of Client Management and Business Intelligence, Rob will be responsible for the client experience, business development, supplier relations, external technologies and travel analytics.
Both Directors will continue to be instrumental in assisting with the overall planning and business strategy for the company.
